Ross announced the addition of seven reconditioned Double Planetary Mixers to its inventory, all ready for immediate shipment and available for either trial/rental or purchase. Every “reconditioned” piece of Ross equipment is inspected, rebuilt back into perfect working order and offered with the same warranty as new equipment, according to the company.

The Double Planetary Mixers include the following features:
Mixing capacity: 8 to 40 gallons
Full holding capacity: 47 gallons
Designed for vacuum operation up to 29.5”Hg.
Air/Oil Hydraulic Lift to raise/lower the agitators.
15 HP explosion-proof (Class II, Div. I, Group E) inverter-duty motor.
Two (2) 4” diameter charge ports with glass and Viton gaskets.
Stainless steel dust shield with special labyrinth hood and shaft seals to prevent product migration into upper gearbox area.
Two (2) stainless steel 316L rectangular stirrer blades polished to 80-grit finish.
Detachable Teflon sidewall scraper arm and bottom scraper blade.
Two interchangeable stainless steel 316L mix cans with 15 psig jacket. Each can includes a 2” diameter flush tank ball valve, type “RTD” thermal probe and non-sparking caster wheels.
Suitable for 3ph, 60 Hz, 480 volt input.
